He's a mixologist at the Starbucks Reserve™ Roastery in Seattle. “When you come in, it’s like I'm hosting you in my home.” Benefits and the opportunity for growth also surprised him, “at the end of the night, you know that you are part of a company that's invested in you, a company that wants to see you light up.”
Joshua sees mixology as a form of expression and a way to highlight unique coffees. “Mixology is about bringing these two worlds together: we start with really good coffee and add the world of alcohol.”

Meet Giampaolo! He is the general manager of the Milan Roastery.

Combining his upbeat energy and coffee knowledge he provides incredible insight into the world of coffee roasting to customers.
His favorite part of the job is the challenge of dealing in such diverse and amazing coffees from around the world.
