        Q: How often is the website updated?

    A: As soon as we have a vacancy available it is uploaded onto the website. All the vacancies on our site are all ‘Live’ and will remain on the website until the closing date.

        Q: What do I do if I encounter a technical issue?

    A: Firstly, check you have internet connection. If you have, close your browser, reopen and retry. Still experiencing problems? Please get in touch by emailing customercareEMEA@starbucks.com

        Q: How do I view the website in another language (i.e. Italian)?

    A: At the top right of the website, above the main navigation, you can switch between English and Italian by simply pressing ‘EN / IT’

        Q: How do I get back to the home page?

    A: At any time you can navigate back to the home page by pressing the Roastery logo at the top right of the site or by clicking on the Milan Starbucks Reserve Roastery Careers heading at the top left.

        Q: How do I search for jobs?

    A: Click on the search jobs button, all vacancies are listed at the left hand side of the map, click the ‘apply’ button to view further vacancy details and to apply for the role.

        Q: I can’t upload my CV?

    A: Any uploaded CV must be one of the following file types:

    1. *.doc (Microsoft Word Document)

    2. *.docx (Microsoft Word Open XML Format Document)

    3. *.PDF (Portable Document Format)

    The maximum allowed upload size is set at 3MB

        Q: I saw a vacancy on the website however I’ve logged back in

            and it’s not there anymore?

    A: All our vacancies are live on the website until the closing date for applications has been reached. Once the closing date has been reached, no other applications can be submitted and it’s removed from the website. Please search the website for other suitable roles.

        Q: How will I know if my application has been received?

    A: Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email to confirm that we have received it.

        Q: How long will it take after I submit my application to

            receive a response?

    A:  Due to the high volume of applications It could take up to three weeks before you receive a response by email or by phone.

        Q: Will I receive feedback on my application even if I am unsuccessful?

    A: All applicants who are unsuccessful will be contacted by email or telephone.

        Q: How often is the careers page updated?

    A: The careers page will be updated as and when roles either become available or they are filled. There is no set date for when new roles will be uploaded onto the career site. Typically, roles will be live on the site for up to two weeks.

        Q: If I have worked for Starbucks before how should I apply to re-join?

    A: It’s exciting to learn that you are interested in joining Starbucks again!  You need to search and apply for roles through this site.

        Q: I have a disability, are you able to cater to my requirements

            if I am invited in for an interview?

    A: Yes, please let us know in advance of your interview and we will do everything we can to cater to your requirements.

        Q: I require sponsorship to work in the EU, are Starbucks able to

            help sponsor me?

    A: Unfortunately, Starbucks are unable to provide sponsorships and so we can only accept applications if you have the right to work in the EU.

        Q: Are all Starbucks vacancies posted on the careers page?

    A: Starbucks partner with our licensed operator Percassi in Milan. All stores in Milan (except the Roastery) are owned by Percassi.  Job vacancies for Percassi are not listed on this website, please visit  www.percassi.com/careers
